On 9th of January 2017, the Belarusian President Aleksander Lukaschenko has signed a decree that enables the citizens of more than 80 countries a visa-free entry in Belarus for stays of days. This decree comes into force on 12th of February 2017.
Please note:
The visa-free entry is valid for touristic, private and business trips. The entry has to occur at the airport of Minsk. Travelers by train are excluded from this right. Transit travelers to and from Russia also do not profit from visa-free entry in Belarus (because it concerns internal flights in the Eurasian Union without border control).
