Electronic E-Visa for Azerbaijan

Swiss and EU citizens can obtain an electronic visa for entry into Azerbaijan. You do not need to send your passport to us. The e-visa is usually available within 2–3 days.

Traditional Visa in Your Passport

To obtain a traditional visa for Azerbaijan, we need the following documents in full:

Valid passport (must be valid at least 3 months beyond your return date and have one blank page)
Visa application form completed electronically
Two recent passport photos (color, with light background)
Copy of residence permit (for applicants without a Swiss or Liechtenstein passport)
Hotel booking and flight tickets
Completed order form for RB Swiss Group GmbH

Visa processing time:

7-10 days after we receive your passport

Important Information:

For business visas, an invitation letter from the hosting company or organization is required, along with confirmation from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs This invitation can be provided by us for an additional fee (see pricing below).
If you are entering by car and do not have flight tickets, a letter addressed to the embassy is required confirming entry by vehicle (including license plate number).
