Since 2017, Swiss and EU citizens can travel to Belarus visa-free for up to 30 days. The condition is that you enter via Minsk Airport and are not on a transit flight to or from Russia. 

To obtain a visa for Belarus on your behalf, we require the following complete documents:

• Valid passport (must be valid at least 6 months beyond the return date)
• Visa application form fully completed and signed
• 1 recent passport photo
• Proof of travel health insurance (must explicitly state: 1. Coverage area = “worldwide” or “Belarus” / 2. Minimum coverage amount = EUR 10,000 / 3. Validity = until the end of the year or for the exact travel period)
• Copy of residence permit (applies to all WITHOUT a Swiss or Liechtenstein passport)
• Stamps worth CHF 6.00 (do not stick onto the envelope!)
• Completed order form for RB Swiss Group GmbH

Visa processing time

• Standard: 7 days after receipt of passport
• Express: 1-3 days after receipt of passport

Important information about the visa

• Maximum stay: 90 days (within 180 days)
• For tourist visas, an official invitation from Belarus is required. This can be obtained from us for CHF 100.– (please enclose cash payment).
• IMPORTANT: If entry into Belarus is via transit through Russia, a Russian transit visa is MANDATORY (available from us)
