• Valid passport (must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date and have 2 blank pages)
• 2 completed and signed visa application forms
• 2 recent passport photos
• Proof of yellow fever vaccination (copy is sufficient)
• Copy of return flight tickets
• Copy of residence permit (required for all applicants without a Swiss or Liechtenstein passport; must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date)
• Postage stamps worth CHF 6.00 (do not attach to the envelope)
• Completed order form for RB Swiss Group GmbH

• Travelers under 18 require written consent from their parents
• Business visas: also require a letter of assignment from the Swiss company and an invitation letter from the organization in Burkina Faso
• Visas are not issued on arrival at Ouagadougou Airport
