Visa to Kazakhstan in Lucerne. Visa service in Switzerland

As of 1 January 2016, Swiss and EU citizens do not need a visa to Kazakhstan, as long as the duration of stay does not exceed 30 calendar days. For a longer stay, an entry visa is still required.

In order to obtain the visa for Kazakhstan for you, we need these completed documents:

Valid passport (needs to be valid for at least 6 more months after your return date)
Visa application form, completed and signed
1 recent passport photo 3,5 x 4,5 (in colour and with a bright background)
copy of your residence permit (for people WITHOUT Swiss or Liechtensteiner passport)
Stamps for CHF 6.00.- (please, don’t paste them on the envelope)

Important information about the visa

If entering Kazakhstan by car, the brand of the car and the number plate have to be indicated
For children of up to 16 years, the visa is free
Maximum duration of stay with 1-year visa: 120 days
When applying for a business visa with 2, 3, or multiple entries, a invitation letter from the partner in Kazakhstan with the confirmation of Kazakhstan’s foreign ministry is necessary (we can organize it for you for the underneath listed price). In addition, a letter from the Swiss company addressed to the consulate is needed, in which the reason, the duration of the trip and the address are stated.
Important: If you enter Kazakhstan by travelling through Russia, you MUST have a transit visa for Russia (we can organize it)
