In order to obtain a Mongolian visa for you, we require the following documents:

• Valid passport (must be valid at least 6 months beyond the date of exit from Mongolia)
• Visa application form duly completed and signed
• 1 recent passport photo 3,5 x 4.5 (bright background)
• Flight and/or train booking confirmation both for entry to and exit from Mongolia
• Copy of Swiss residence permit (if no Swiss/Liechtenstein passport)
• Duly completed and signed order form for bornpower gmbh

Processing time

• Normal: 7 days after receipt of the passport/documents
• Express: 2-4 days after receipt of the passport/documents (only on request: extra cost + CHF 60.-)

Important information regarding the visa

• The visa application cannot be submited more than 50 days prior to the departure date.
• Trans-Siberian Railway: Transit visas are only issued if the applicant already has a valid China/Russia visa
• The visa can be prolonged at the Immigration Department in Ulaanbaatar
• For visa with a validity period of more than 30 days, an invitation letter must be submitted. This letter can be applied for by the inviting party at the Mongolian Foreign Ministry
