The following nationalities need a visa for Singapore:

Scan of passport (The passport needs to have at least 6 months of validity remaining and have last 3 blank pages.)
A completed application form, which has been signed by the applicant.
1 up to date passport photo
Copy of flight reservation and travel arrangements (or hotel booking)
Copy of residence permit (this only applies to citizens without a Swiss passport) or a copy of a Schengen Visa
