In order to obtain your visa to Sudan, we need all of the following documents from you:

• Valid passport (has to be valid for at least another 6 months after the return trip)
• Copy of passport
• Visa application, fully completed and signed
• 2 recent passport photos (in color and with light background)
• Copy tickets return flight/hotel reservation
• Vaccination against yellow fever
• Extract from criminal records
• Bank statements from the last 3 months
• Copy of residence permit (for those WITHOUT Swiss or Liechtenstein passport)
• Stamps for CHF 6.00.-
• -Completed order form to bornpower gmbh (see below)

Processing time visa:

• 1-2 weeks

Important information on the visa

• Business visas also require an invitation letter from the inviting company/organization in Sudan, indicating purpose of trip, duration of trip, confirmation of assumption of costs and reference in Sudan.
• Extension of the visa is possible at the Migration Office in Khartoum
