For this we need the following documents from you by e-mail:

Visa application, completed in English and signed
1 scan in color of the ID-page of your passport – the passport has to be valid for at least another 6 months after the entry
1 scan in color of your passport photo 35 mm x 45 mm (a real photo is required, not scanned from your passport!) Hotel reservations
Confirmation of payment to our bank account (our bank details are available here)
